We Defy: Open Mat
Helena BJJ is hosting an open mat on Memorial Day, 5/27 at 11AM in conjunction with the We Defy Foundation. We Defy provides combat veterans with military connected disabilities a long term means to overcome their challenges through Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and fitness training. A $20 donation is suggested.
RAFAEL LOVATO NO GI SEMINAR
Join us for a No Gi seminar with American jiu jitsu legend, Rafael Lovato Jr. This seminar will run from 10AM-1PM on Saturday, May 18. Early registration is $100 or $120 day of event.
Dallas Niles Gi Seminar
Join us for a Gi seminar with Dallas Niles. Professor Niles is a black belt under Rafael Lovato Jr., and has several great instructional on BJJ Fanatics. This seminar will focus on the crucifix position. Professor Niles owns and operates Method Jiu Jitsu academy in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Women’s Self Defense Course
This multi class course will provide students with a functional understanding of techniques and strategies for effective self defense. Jiu jitsu is a time-tested martial art which can allow a smaller person to survive a physical confrontation using leverage, distance control and other factors to wear down and disable an attacker. The course will be taught by a female instructor.
Class days are as follows: Jan 9 & 11; Jan 16 & 18; Jan 23 & 25.
All classes run from 7:30pm-8:30pm.
